Hoop Shoot

The 2025 San Luis Obispo Elks Lodge Hoop Shoot Contest will be held Sunday December 7, 2025 at the Ludwick community center. Address of the contest is: 864 Santa Rosa St, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401

Free registration opens at 11:00am, warm ups 11:30am, and the contest starts at 12:00pm

Registration is free and on-site day of the competition a parent or guardian does have to be present to register.

Hoop shoot is a free throw competition with six divisions:
Boys/Girls, ages 8-9
Boys/Girls, ages 10-11
Boys/Girls, ages 12-13

Age is based on based on April 1, 2026 a calculator can be found on the national hoop shoot website.

Winners get to compete in future contests and could potentially advance to national competition in Chigago.
