Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment; address any issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at bars or during events like banquets or catering functions.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service while balancing multiple responsibilities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, brewing techniques, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math and basic math skills; cashiering experience is a plus.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods in a fast-paced environment.
